Old Aldenhamians - League (A)

Following on from a strong performance at the College the LOBs travelled to Aldenhamians in the league. After 20 minutes the LOBs went one down after a tidy move from the home side. The LOBs however played some good football and worked hard, they were rewarded on the stroke of half-time when Dan Clifford rose for a header and squared the game up. In the second half the LOBs dominated, nullifying any threat from the home side, and at the other end of the pitch made the most of their chances, something that had been their achilles heel thus far this season. Dan scored his second before Henry Shepherd grabbed a brace for himself to secure a relatively comfortable 4-1 victory and their first league win of the season.
