Old Berkhamstedians - League (A)

The LOBs suffered their second defeat of the season away to the Old Berkhamstedians at Chiswick in a strange match they dominated for 75 minutes. Having failed to take a couple of decent opportunities the LOBs found themselves one down after a sliced cross from the left corner flag somehow found the back of the net off the far post. Undeterred they continued to attack on a bouncy 3G surface and soon hit the post without success. One down at half-time and very much in it, a few basic errors allowed the OBs to capitalise and we were soon three down. Despite continuing to dominate possession their goalkeeper couldn't be beaten and we ended up 5-0 losers. A very flattering score for the hosts.
